Position: L2 Engineer
Location: Miami Lakes, FL
Duration: 6 month contract
Pay Range: $27-30/hr
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years of equivalent related work experience along with field specific certifications • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a high call volume, time sensitive support environment for a large company, supporting users in MDM AirWatch, Intune, Duo, iTunes, Samsung Knox • Minimum 4 years’ experience working with airlines • Subject Matter Expertise with Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Office Suite versions

Customer and System Support • Provide escalated support for installation, deployment, administrator, security and maintenance of Windows, Apple & Samsung devices in a global enterprise environment. • Provide escalated technical support at direct location and remotely when needed • Accountability for the status of all Incidents and Requests • Proactively identify, research, and resolve technical problems • Responsible for monitoring and completing tickets in assigned queues • Keep IT management apprised of critical issues
